Do NOT give these people any information they will enter your banking and take your money. To top it off they will call again and again. I have been working on this problem since March 20, 2017 and this is what I have found out.
Received a call from this number identifying themselves as Microsoft and that my computer had been hacked. Unfortunately, we gave them access where they supposedly proved that a hacker had my address.
Received call today from 'private caller'; caller (with East Indian accent) claimed he is Mark, a Microsoft/Google employee (#00155) who found out my computer has been hacked and he will help me fix it so
it will speed up again. Told him to leave his number (859-212-0707) and I would call him back. So here am I checking this number. Thanks all of you who left comments and help me avoid being scammed.
I received a call from this same number today, same accent from the people on other end, claiming they are micro soft techs..I asked for number to call them back, this is the number they gave me 859-212-0707...scam
