Caller ID showed "Rand Pac". A web search indicates it may be a Political Action Committee (PAC) for Libertarian nutjob Rand Paul.

Got a call from this number today.  Caller ID said Rand Pac.  Did not answer.  I will be adding this to my block list through our cable/phone service. (Time Warner)  Some phone services provide free of charge, a block list for numbers that you do not want calls from.  I can program up to 30 numbers on mine.  Check it out.  Well, worth it.
