Do you happen to have a Circle K gas station? They have the card you can link to your debit card and when you pay with that, you save 8 cents a gallon. For some reason, it takes them 3-4 days to actually debit your account.
This number is one of many used by CheckRedi of Kentucky, a debt collector with a track record of unscrupulous and illegal collection practices. Checkredi was sued in 2010 and lost.
This company keeps calling me for a $45 charge they said was returned by my bank. The company is called checkredi and every time they call it is an automated recording. When I call back they are SO nasty and rude. So I checked with my bank and this company represents Cumberland Farms Gas. I got a discount card from the gas station. What happens is each time you use the card the money is deducted from your bank account. So the company took the money and then gave it back the next day. Then three days later took the original amount and a service charge. WHAT A SCAM.
