This is a telemarketer that refuses to abide by the law. They have been calling us for 4 years off and on. It's a carpet cleaning company trying to get you to use them. I have reported them every single time,but it continues to happen. I guess the FTC doesn't really fine people for this. Their caller told me that they do NOT check the do no call list.
