I have the same phone number show on my phone this morning (Pacific time) at 9 am and then again at 11 am. I didn't answer either call since I don't know anyone in the 859 area code. I thought I'll reverse look it up and I found this site. I'm adding my name to the unwanted call list.
This phone # keeps appearing on my elderly parents caller I.D. they start calling right after 9:00a.m. and continue throughout the day till just before 9:00p.m. Most times they don't say anything, and the few times they do, that are telling my parents they owe a payment to a credit card. Which they do not owe a credit card payment. My poor parents are about at their wits end. When I called this # today, I get a recording that it is a non working number, so I don't know who owns this, but I'm looking into getting an attorney for this harassment.

I am a deputy sheriff and an elderly woman calle dus today and has been getting calls from this number about 6-8 times a day starting at 8:00 am and going until 8:30 at night. The first time they called they told her she could get 8% off her credit card. She told them no and that she would call her bank. She told them to not call her anymore but since then they have called every day and when she answers they don't say anything and hang up. When she called her bank and gave them the phone number the bank told her it was a fraud number and others have had problems with it.
859 283-8871 keeps calling my house asking for Kevin Frioli. I tell them there is no one here by that name, and they hang up, then call again later or the next day.
