My parents have been getting numerous calls from this number at all hours.  No one ever leaves a message.  They just call and hang up when they get the answering machine.  The results of my online search weren't very helpful, so we don't even know if this number belongs to a business or an individual. Does anybody know who this might be?  My parents are highly annoyed.
