Claiming to be from Microsoft saying I had a lot of activity on my computer and it was hackers. Asked if my computer was on right now and he would give me a serial number to put in. I told him I would have to call him back. There was someone in the background coaching him. I hung up and called back 3 times and number was busy.
Called claiming to be from Microsoft. Asked him for employee ID number, he hesitated then rattled a number off. Asked for the number he was calling from, rattled off a number faster than the speed of sound. Yelled at his [***] and hung up. Going to report this number to the FTC. Block his number...........:
I also received a call and Jordan Edward said he was from Micro soft. the name on caller id was Lori Ernst. He wanted me to verify him at 844-344-2440 on a different phone so he could access my phone. So I checked the number agree previous comments .
