Two calls this morning from this number, ID showed CITIBANK.  No message left.  Same as last week.  If it truly was Citibank, with a legitimate call, I think they would leave a message.  With the holidays upon us, I have seen a dramatic increase in the number of calls from unknown sources and there has been much news coverage on this... seems to me that legitimate callers would also know this and would leave a message....
