This number keeps calling my home and when I try to call them back it just rings and rings. It shows up on my caller ID as Kentucky SEC.

This number keeps calling our home phone number daily, sometimes 2-3 times a day. It shows on Caller ID as Kentucky SEC. When the number is called back, it rings for sometime, then answers as Time Warner TV, with a message that says the mailbox is not set up to accept messages.
