I don't know anyone in KY, so why would this number call me? Likely to be the latest number used (or spoofed) by some scammer. Didn't even leave a message. Guess they're hoping I'll pick up...well you're going to have a long wait!
Received this call; did not answer as I don't answer callers I don't recognize. Always go to 800notes to see what it is about. If this is a number from Kentucky, I live in California and my number is unlisted. Really pissed.
Have received several calls from Lexington, KY and I've ignored all of them. Sill me answered this one and there was just silence until I heard "good-bye"...it sounded automated, but I'm not sure. I also can't remember if I said hello - I don't think I did. Bottom line, I'm clear that this was an unwanted call and I've blocked the number.
