Or somehow your number is attached to another account. I just called and my number was attached to the account of someone named "Bob", which is not me.
This is St. E's billing department. I called back and they had no idea why they called, and had my name incorrect in their system (and my address, date of birth!) However, after refusing to give info over the phone, (sounded like a scam to me!) they sent a legit letter requesting confirmation of my insurance number, so it's all worked out :)
