Long annoying political messages (~ 5 minutes worth), using some cowardly computer generated voice (I guess they are afraid that someone might be able to connect a real person to these lame political ideas if they used an actual person--or they have no friends to help).

Not sure if these calls are really Republic Capital or if the ID was hacked. The number is associated to finance, leasing, insurance, and plumbing!  Looks like someone is desperate for anything for a buck.
