Have had this call 5+ times... today twice and very adamant about him being a legit Windows Tech Support person. He had my CLSID last 12 digits to confirm my Windows license. It was bad. I immediately called my computer tech guy, Bob and decided yes, it was a scam.
This scammer is calling me three times a day. I've called them names - "scammers" - and told them to stop calling me. Yet, all they do is hang up and then call me again another eight hours later. They've called me twice so far today - around 2:30 and 9:15. I've reported them to the DoNotCallRegistry but I don't know if they've looked into it yet.
It's REALLY annoying. Wish they'd throw these scammers in jail and throw away the key.
