received a call from this number regarding a debt they told me that a warrant for my arrest for felony charges was being issued today on 8/29/16 and they indicated that a mr reynolds was handling my case and then proceeded to tell me I was being charged with 3 felony's would be arrested and my bond would be $5,000 if i didn't bond out i would have to serve 180 days.
called - said i had a pending case against me and to press one to be transferred to someone. when i asked them what company they were with i was hung up on.
They called left a threat. Mitigation company. Lol. I called back they answered, asked for my number, I gave it to them. They said my wife's name. Common scare tactics, trying to scam money. I immediately stated it is illegal to make threats over the phone in this manner, it has to be done by certified mail, or in verifiable manner as such. If you make a threat again, it will be me suing you, versus you suing us. They hanged up. Yeah move on scumbags. We know our bills, they never mentioned anything about a bill, amount, just a threat of lawsuit if we don't call right back. Wish we could nail these types of people. Probably living overseas. Purchase a names list from banks, colleges, debt collection ect.... you be surprised how many companies profit of our names.
