I just received the same threatening voicemail from Alex Florez who claimed he was from Metro Processing Services, he stated there were 2 pending cases against me and that I would be served and detained at my home or place of business. I did call back and he proceeded to tell me I needed to call ARS mediation services, I called them and Frank Peterson said I needed to put at least 50% of the supposed debt that I owe down today and that they would then make an arrangement for the rest. I asked for them to mail me something and he said no they don't have to do that but maybe he would send me an email. He was very rude and all of the numbers he gave me are 855. This has to be a fraud, I'm glad I was able to find this site and read all of the similar stories.
This caller called me twice at work and left no message. Called back and they say they are litigation department. Advised them that they were calling a business.
This number calling saying there a mediation company and saying they advise me yo call them or have my attorney call them or they will seek legal action and say i waived my privileges
Got 2 calls from Richard Bates saying the same thing as everyone else mentioned. He has beverage said my name so I'm not giving him the time of day. The law says that you must be notified in writing about a debt owed. The fact that he has not left a message for me is hilarious. Kick rocks and may he get chronic diarrhea while sitting in traffic.... just a scammed trying to get people's money. They got me once and NEVER again! They actually had my name, Do not call back!!!!!
