Unknown out of state # claiming to be police foundation

Robocall claiming to be a Sheriff's Foundation. Called to a cell phone that is on the Do Not Call list.

They claimed to be calling seeking donations for the disabled police foundation and asked how much they could put me down for. I asked if they had a website to accept donations and after a pause he said, "um...bye bye". Scam

Received call from this number to my cell, they said hello, I said hello, they hung up.

I got the same call after telling me it was for disabled police officers and then asked how I was doing
