I got a call from this number but no one spoke, some clicks and then a hollowness then they hung up.  I called the number back and a man with a thick accent mumbled something upon answering then when i asked what company and who is this.  He said he didn't call me then after I asked again he hung up.  I called back again after the same voice answered the phone there was no reply I said if they don't tell me who this is I will report it.  They sat there for a few moments and hung up
