Received a call from 859-481-4989 (Kentucky) on my cell.  Did not answer.  Left an automated message, "please call about your case file".  I called the # back from an outside landline and the person that answered was hard to understand.  I asked "I'm sorry, what company are you calling from?" and they hung up.  I called back again and the same person answered.  I again asked him to repeat how he answered the phone and I could hear what sounded like telemarketers in the background.  He asked why I was calling and I told him that he called me.  He wanted my number so he could look up my case file and asked if the # I was calling from was the # they called me at.  I said no, what is your name?  LOL, he said his name is Officer James Hendersen calling from the IRS in Washington DC.  Funny, your # is a Kentucky # and he said that's because the calls are routed to DC.  I laughed and said, Really?  You do understand this is fraud and then I hung up.
