Fake IRS scam.  If you get a call report them to the irs scam website. She says there is a lawsuit and gives you a batch id number of IRM-201223.

I received the phone call from Officer Daisy Allen (IRM201223) and spoke to her "supervisor" Officer Jerry Cole (IRM462) - the phone number they called me from was 573-616-5228.  They said they were from the IRS and I owed taxes and that today was the last day to pay and I had to pay today or there would be an arrest warrant and lien put on my propoerty
