Has called several times.  When answered will not reply.  Caller Id says SSI

This number is driving me insane!  Keeps calling 4 and 5 times a day!  Why can't something be done about these scammers. Or ID shows Florence Kentucky but the female or male caller sounds foreign

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
