The SOB called my mother indicating he was with the Kenton Co Sherrif's office and that they had a warrant for her arrest because she didn't appear for jury duty. He told her Deputies where on the way and that unless she posted bond over the phone that he couldn't stop them. He scared her into giving her checking info and told her she would have to come to the County Court House to settle up the next business day.
