I wish someone would sue them for hassement. I'd join the suit. They call 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm. If they had better interest rates customers could afford the payments and they could save money not hiring all those harresing collection clerks!!!!!When you do call to make a payment,they act like they want to be your friend. It is a telemarketing scheme. Don't listen to her. She's obviously going to defend her company. I'm busy now but will be back on later to explain my experience with them. They are scamming and I will tell you what they did to me when I can get off this iPhone and can type on a real computer. Please in the mean time if you are called from this number just report them to a consumer protection agency in your area like the attorney general's office.
Disregard my above post. I posted that on the wrong #. this is in fact capital one and I am presently keeping a record of all calls to see if I have a case against them. They gave called me 12 times today so far and there will be more before 9. I am only 5 days past due and plan to make a pymnt Friday. It's definitley harrassment. Report them to your attorney generals office with a record of every call.
