I got a TEXT from someone that just said Hello.  It was charged on my bill as a 3 min. 20 second telephone call and I was charged 40 cents.  On my bill the number did not appear as 1-859 588-8122  but as 1859-582-2045.   I tried to call the number back to see who was texting me, but no answer.
