Time Warner Cable. Relentless calling me. Sometimes when I answer, no one will talk to me, sometimes, it hangs up right away. One time I did get someone on the phone after sitting in silence for 5 or 6 seconds (longer?) saying "Hello? Hello?" and a rude woman started talking. I hung up. Put them on auto-block now.

They called again and I didn't recognize the number so I answered – it is Time Warner cable with an aggressive sell so I had to just hang up. The guy said he was calling from the Black Hills in South Dakota but the area code showed Kentucky – very strange.
