This is Hilton Grand Vacations calling you to try to sell you time share condos. If you have a Hilton HHonors card, of it you stay at Hilton properties, then they can call you because you have "a business relationship" with them, and that exempts them from the Do Not Call List restrictions. Last week I blocked them (via Verizon) from calling me using the telephone number that was just one digit below this one [ 859.594.6808 ]. Their computer apparently just automatically uses another telephone number to keep calling (as if blocking them is not a pretty strong sign I am not going to spend any money with them.) Sheesh.
