you dont have to pay this debt even if you did owe it the statue of limitations run out .In the state of
kentucky it is 5 years on a credit card and after 7 years they are not even allowed to put it on your credit report .Dont pay them nothing just tell them the SOL has run out a long time ago and u aint giving them nothing .They cant take you to court they waited way too many years .
This is a collection agent, Evans Law, and they are trying to collect on a credit card my wifes late husband had in 1992. She had never had one in her name and he has been deceased for several years.
