Who called from 8599082925

Has called several times.  Leaves no message.  Caller ID says CHARITY

Keeps calling and hangs up on answering machine. Tried to return their call but it was saying to enter a valid extension

I have gotten a number of phone calls from this phone number, sometimes 5 and 6 times a day and leaves no messages.

Received a call from this number asking if I was there on the answering machine. Caller ID says Charity and tried to call back and got a busy tone

This number has been calling for over a year using different phone numbers. I never answer numbers I don't recognize,
just let my answering machine answer. Same voice always, asking if Melody is there, are you there, then hangs up.
This same voice is used with different numbers and names, today was Charity (yeah right).
I wish everyone would not answer numbers they do not recognize, these scum bags would have to stop calling.
I am on do not call registry, for all the good it does.
