i received a call from this company at 11pm on a weeknight. Not only was I in bed for the night, but also have a 9 month pregnant daughter that could go into labor any day and a Grandson in the hospital. This call scared me immensely, with being so worried about both of them - as well as it being totally unacceptable to call that late a night ever. When I answered the phone there was no response, however they stayed on the line for several minutes. After finally hanging up, I called the number back to find out what company it was that had called. I called back first thing this morning trying to file a complaint and was treated horribly by the representative that answered the call. He told me to calm down and called me a sir. He was incredibly rude and had no ability to comprehend the anger I had regarding the call and the time of night that it was. He didn't say that he was sorry or that it wouldn't happen again. I am very dissatisfied and hope that somehow, someway further action can be taken regarding this matter.

don't know who these jerks are but when I called by back blocking my number a foreign person answered that you couldn't understand. These jerks call from voice over IP, like Magic Jack so you can't trace their call.
99.9% sure this is a scam! They identified them selves as Transworld Systems Inc and calling about a medical provider I have been to. He wanted me to verify my personal information, and I refused. I told him if there was something important then they can mail it to me and he hung up. I called my provider billing and they have a $0 balance and confirmed that I have not had anything sent to collections. I called the number back and they would not tell me what the company does and hung up on me. I called my Sheriff's office and they said looking up the caller they are a collection agency, but it makes no sense because I confirmed that my account is good. Never verify any of your personal info over the phone unless you know who you are talking to. If you can, call them directly from a number you know is correct.
