i didnt answer the phone, but they left an automated voicemail saying that i'm being pursued legally at home and at my job plus i need an attorney. if i dont call them back i'll forfeit that right and they left a case number.

This number left the same message on my voicemail. The first time this happened, I was contacted by another number which had all of my personal information and threatened to "pursue me" at home and work. I told them to "bring it". I told them to mail me their "legal papers". The papers never came. I contacted my bank who referred me to the credit bureau, FTC, IRS, and the Social Security Administration. Place a "fraud alert" on all credit reports. Also, on the IRS.gov website, there is a link which describes a list of scams going on. Don't freak out. Get proactive.
Caller left this voice mail, " ... This is a division of pre trial processing. We have received an order for allegations to be filed against you immediately with the county Clerks Office. This department will be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your residence. You do have the legal right to resolve this case with the plaintiff outside of court. Please understand that once are located you do forfeit that right. You can contact our legal department that 859-993-0329. Refer to your case number ###."
They are a scam they just called and I cursed them out and they lady got mad and started to talk crazy. I told them if an arrest warrant was issued I'd already being that I am a police officer. she hung up on me
