Who called from 8599997847

Just got a call from this number. I have no idea which of the many CLFs this might be. Didn't bother answering.

Just got another call from this number on my landline (which is on the DNC list!)  They have called every day for the past 3 days.  No name display on CID.  Didn't pick up.

My spam blocker for phone picked this # up.  All I can find is it is KY area code.  Probably spoofed.

This number has called me in Texas several times over an hour

Answered out of curiosity but it was a silent line that hung up after a few seconds.
