robocall on my landline from   860-187-5091 caller ID said "CONNECTICUT" on Thursday 9-01-16 @  108 PM

(looks like they are again breaking in another new SCAMMING number with me.)

phone rang twice and I picked up and said "Hello."
It was carmen from card services wanting to lower my interest rate......blah...blah....... and press 1.
(This time I did press 1 but most of the time if you stay on the line it will automatically go to a SCAMMER eventually anyway.)

male SCAMMER with older sounding voice came on line and asked if I had pressed 1.
I told him "No, but I want to know why you are a criminal?" Got no response.
Then right away I told him "you are a SCAMMING criminal and did they train you to be a SCAMMER?"
The SCAMMER gave a slow but witty response "You are a scammer !!"
Gave him a few comments and that he was an expletive SCAMMER.
Then got dead air and finally click click from him.
