Caveat: A guy with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be with the IRS called my cell phone. After I questioned him about his identity he said he did not have to prove to me who he was. I insisted that he give me some proof that he was actually with the IRS or this conversation with over. I also insulted the guy by calling him a 'scam artist' who couldn't even speak English. There is no reason why the IRS would be interested in me and if they did they sure would not be calling me on my cell, a number few people have and they are not on that list.

has called several times, leaves computer voice message. to get more information about this case file please call iirs immediately on our department number 8602022642 thank you. this is not irs, they don't threaten with messages on phone or even calls on phone. don't call. just trying to get you to pay money to settle assuming someone has some type of guilt or fear with irs. shows this latest scam on many sites.
