SCAM-ish. Might actually be legit, but based on how they got my info, I kind of doubt it.
Company calls itself Degree Match, and seem to be preying on people looking for a new job.
I followed a link from Glassdoor.com (a trusted site) and a couple of clicks later thought I was submitting an application for a job I wanted on a site called WantANewCareer.com. They only got me name, email, phone, home town and zip, but it was enough to be a pain in my butt for the past few days. FBI already contacted, but no clue if this is really even illegal.
Scam call about documents of a clam filed against me SMH if they had something against me id be getting registered mail Not a ph tell me to press 9 to talk to someone Grrr
I just got the same call they left a voicemail stating I have documents filed against me :/ wth it's the beginning if the year & tax time is this why they're trying to scam $$?
