860-207-8604 GPS locates to Connecticut, per my phone. No message left when they called me. I returned the call & received an automated response 'If you want to be placed on a do not call list for this number, press 1'.
I keep blocking numbers through a Verizon service, but these people just change their number and keep calling me. I do not answer the calls from them, but the last time I did they wanted to sell me a home alarm system or tell me to press 1 to be placed on a do not call list.
