Who called from 8602234466

I know this is a New Britain, CT number, and I'm pretty sure it is a landline.  I'm not sure why, but I have been getting a lot of calls from this number.  When I answer there is a click or two & then they hang up.  Just wondering if anyone else has heard from them.
