Who called from 8602413158

I keep getting calls from this number 1-860-241-3158 the numbers also show up as 860-241-3061, 3138, 3081, 3069, 3083, 3271.  I answered once and someone was speaking a language I dont understand.  The other time I answered the call someone said hello and then nothing.  Who is this company??

I also forgot to mention that I tried calling back each of the numbers but it says the number is not in service.

OK they called back again (no kidding they have called me 20 times in the last week)  turns out its the Hartford Courant Billing department.  I bought their stupid Groupon a few months ago mainly because I felt bad for their pathetic newspaper and now they auto renew me and start hounding me for payment.  I informed the lady that called me that I owe them nothing and to stop calling me.

Txs for the info; I've now received 5calls per day for almost 2 weeks, using my cell airtime, saying nothing. I had gotten a Groupon for my mom.

Include: 3083, 3081, 3061, 3286, 3158, 3271. All with 241 A/C. Will phone up 'til 9PM`.
