Who called from 8602479999

I am getting 5-8 calls a day from this number.  There is never a message left and they don't speak when answered.

same this is happenign to me then you cannot even call it back

I get the same calls. It disconnects as soon as I say hello. It's probably a collection agency computer... that needs repair. LOL

Seriously though, it's my cell phone minutes getting eaten up so I am going to report it to my state attorney general.

They have called at least 7 or 8 times today. Same thing; I answer, they hang up. I can't wait for someone to track this down. 860 is the area code for Hartford CT I believe.
