I'm pretty sure it was actually a computer.

Called 3 time in Jan 2017. I have the number blocked. I called back to see who it was. The message sounded like AT& At saying it was not a vaild number. This was a redial and that was the number that showed that my phone blocked. My phone is so great it rings one time for blocked numbers and hangs up on them. I don't have to rush to my phone to answer it.
