Who called from 8602612845

Apparently they're called (sp?) "Waka?" Yes, pronounced the same way Fozzy Bear says "waka waka waka." Some scam company claiming to give me $100 gift cards based on a survey I completed online? Huh? I have NO clue what this is about, considering:

a) I don't fill out surveys that ask me for my number (unless they are TRULY legitimate, like Gallup Poll)
b) I'm registered on the Federal DNC

Called the number, and dialed "2" to be removed from the list. Still getting these calls.

When they called me this morning, I promptly asked "Sylvia" to add me to their company's DNC database. She responded with "we'll try back later!"
OH NO YOU WONT!

... I'm reporting these fools as I write this.

I have received 2 calls in the last 2 days and do not pickup up when number is not recognized.  No messages left, they hang up.

Same thing is happening to me.
