This phone number has called me repeatedly and IF I answer there is no response, just a continual beeping sound.  It's very annoying.

RECEIVING ANNOYING CALLS FROM  860-262-9959 NO PERSON WHEN I ANSWER JUST A LOUD FAX TONE SQUEEL WHEN I ANSWER!!!!!!!!!

I guess I am not the only one.  Tracked it to Aetena Insurane in Middletown CT.  Emailed them to tell them to COOL IT.  16 times in an hour is enough.

Annoying beeping, constant calls, 16 times in an hour.
