I receieved a call twice, each time I heard a muffled voice, like bad service. Then a "Hi, this is Mary..." the "Oh, sorry to bother you" and it hung up. Both were pre recorded voices.
This number called my cell. When I answered, a recording said press 1 to answer or 2 to leave a voicemail. When I pressed 1, the recording said that the caller hung up. Could be a telemarketer call center. A reputable company probably would have identified themselves, even on a recording.
Just called and didn't leave a message.
I have been getting a lot of these phone calls lately. I also had one marked 'unknown caller this morning about an hour before this one. didn't ans. that one either.
I have had rampant telemarketing calls recently . I assume this was one more. I never answer them and do block them for the future. I just check now and then to make sure it's not a friend or a business I do business with and would want to talk with. Nope. Never is.
