I received a phone message from this phone number which cut out the name of the company and who the call was for. Since I have experienced fake collectors calls before and the call back phone number hours were given in the Central Time zone I was suspicious.
It turns out that a local hospital, which they named in their message, outsources their billing to a company in the Central Time zone. The call was legitimate and I do owe them money for a recent hospitalization that my husband had. Being cautions, however, I decided to use the hospital's web page instead of providing the customer service rep with my CC info. Better safe than sorry!
