Law offices of Howard Lee Schiff, Debt Collector (although he's deceased, business seems to be active.)

Just googled Law Offices Power New Chip PC as this man announced in his voice mail, it does not exist but Howard Lee Schiff office seems exist.  They even left a case number, I don't know if it means anything.

I've gotten this stupid automated phone call nearly every day for the past 3-4 years. I've always deleted it, but at this point, I am so annoyed with it that I will be reporting it.

Started calling last week. Talk really fast, totally butcher my name. Always call at 4:01pm...
