keeps calling leaving no message

Keeps calling. After 10 seconds a recording of woman's voice says: goodbye. Might be someone named Tony Zolezy.

These [***] call frequently (four times in one hour, today, 11/5/2014).   I never pick up when they call but did today w/o giving  the formal greeting of "hello", then stayed on the line w/o speaking...next thing I hear is "goodbye" before they disconnected.   I called back to learn who it was and got a recording saying the phone number had been disconnected!!!   Why can't something be done with these annoying type calls.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
