Since this random caller is illegally claiming to be a company completing surveys for Franciscan physician network, their real working number to their corporate office is 1-800-997-1673 and let them know how annoyed you're feeling about this number 860-295-7580 or any other 860-295 number that's only set up to dial out and have never been in service to receive calls.  I just spoke with somebody in their corporate office and they do know that this is not their number and the fact that this kind of survey call is randomly a scam which their Indiana State Police are going to be aware of, so nobody has to be tormented by this unlawful fraud activity anymore!
