I have received a number of calls from this number at all times of the day. They never leave a message and you cannot call them. Just ignore them

did not recognize number so did not pick up.  if you do pick up, you become fodder for every robo caller out there folks!  Looks like i made the right move

Called on my cellphone this time.
My town has self supported public utilities, and we do not qualify for these competitive rates anyways, but that doesn't stop them from calling us!
Our rate would be cheaper anyways

Called my cellphone. Voicemail picked up a fragment of a woman's voice. No detectable message.
