Who called from 8603190840

Received this call and message on 6/22/17 caller id say Norwich Ct but caller obviously had heavy middle east accent.  Trying to cops would arrest me because of back taxes owed.

total scam..do not call.  i got the same message about 2 cases against me and that police where going to come get me.

Said I would be visited by local cops if I ignored this call.

Just got a call from this number 860-319-0840. Total scam and I just want to punch these people in the throat! I'm so sick and tired of these losers.

Voice mail that said, call back as soon as possible before we proceed in any legal manner.  Both times it was a mid Eastern woman's voice and very robotic.
