Received calls yesterday and today from this number on my cell phone; they left no message. I called it back today. It was "Education Focus" and they wanted to give "free information about furthering my education." I asked them to remove my number from their list and gave them the #. Hope it works.
This number called me 5 times in the last two days. Every time I answer, it stays silent for about a second, then hangs up. The one time I called back, it answered right away, but it was dead silent on the other end.
