Apparently Tech Star is a Connecticut company that sells sun-rooms and various home improvement services. Though the telemarketing tactics are obnoxious, the company has a fairly good reputation with the BBB in CT and other orginizations. They call my house at least twice a day, and we have repeatedly asked them not to.
