The phone number is fine, nothing to worry about, its a outgoing number which not able to call back on from Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT probably from a patient phone, A number of places have a outgoing number but not able to call back. So you probably had a phone call from a patient or someone called you by mistake, if you call back that number there is a recorded message that explains the number

Caller identified herself as "Claire from Middlesex." It was a wrng number (she was looking for Paul and that's not me!).

I just received a call from that number, too. I never pick up when I don't know who it is. I guess they think because I have an 860 area coded phone that I live in CT. Nope. South FL guys. Sorry.

It's definitely some type of medical facility.  Left me a message about someone's appointment, but they have the wrong number.
